2. Eligibility; account responsibility

4. Subscription terms; auto-renewal (if applicable)
If your plan includes auto-renewal or is a continuous service, you will be shown the renewal terms at checkout, and you agree that your subscription may renew automatically until you cancel. 5. Payments, refunds, and transaction disclosures (California)
Where you accept payment before performance and/or enter into a contract/transaction, California requires that we disclose, in connection with the purchase, the return/refund policy, the legal name under which we do business, and the complete street address from which business is actually conducted (with limited exceptions). Refunds / returns
Our refund policy is provided during checkout (and/or in the applicable subscription or purchase page). If no refund policy is shown for your plan, refunds may not be available.

12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, legalcompani.click and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue.
13. Consumer-protection; no deceptive claims (California)
We aim to ensure that claims about the service are accurate and not misleading. California prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices in transactions intended to result in the sale of services to consumers. Citation: Civil Code 1770.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, unlawful use, or security concerns. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
